By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service. We will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of Service
- SocialsOxygen will only be used to promote your Instagram/TikTok or Social account and help boost your “Appearance” only.
- We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.
- We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
- You will not upload anything into SocialsOxygen including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/TikTok or Social Media community.
Guarantee
We offer a guarantee of 30 days. That means if our services are dropping we refill the services for you. Drops are almost non-existent.
We do not guarantee follower stability if you have previously purchased followers from other suppliers and are experiencing drops.
guarantee is void if you ever change your username, delete followers manually or interrupt the process by putting your account to private. Our system can detect all of this.
Privacy
The privacy of our customers is extremely important to us. As part of our policy of confidentiality, we tell you how we collect, use, and protect the information we collect about you.
We Collect Data from Our users. User Name, Email, IP Address.
We do not share confidential information you have provided to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders. We do not disclose information about your resale – all information remains with us. SocialsOxygen will protect your data for safety and prevent fraud, theft, or loss. Also, we guarantee the security of your data from copying or modification by third parties.
Refund
Socials Oxygen supplies irrevocable products. We do not provide refunds or refunds when the order has been fully and completely fulfilled. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before placing an order on our website(s). In exceptional cases, Socials Oxygen will award compensation – where possible in cash. Whether we grant a compensation is entirely dependent on the situation and the problem with the product. Socials Oxygen will respond substantively to the refund request within 12 working days. Reasons when we award compensation: 1. If products are not delivered, a declaration of no delivery must be made within seven days. If a product has actually not been received, and this has been indicated within a reasonable period of time, Socials Oxygen will award a full compensation. If the non-delivery declaration is not received within seven days of the purchase date, Socials Oxygen will assume that the product has been fully and successfully delivered. 2. When products, including services, are not as described on our website, a statement of this problem must be received by Socials Oxygen within seven days. This statement must clearly indicate what is different than expected and where this erroneous image is formed on our website. Experiences of incorrect expectations from the customer, other than stated on the website, will not be accepted as a reason. 3. When products, including services, have a reduction or decrease, SocialsOxygen will replenish the lost quantity free of charge, provided this is within the designated refill period. 4. When using products, including services, from third parties, this is entirely at your own risk. SocialsOxygen is not liable for events resulting from this fact. Also, SocialsOxygen will not initiate a refund.
